1. Who we are

TrustGetter (“TrustGetter”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a product operated by Windex Infotech, 514, Saffron Building, Abbas Tyabji Rd, Jayesh Colony, Fatehgunj, Vadodara, Gujarat 390008, India. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TrustGetter website at trustgetter.com, the application at app.trustgetter.com, and the embeddable review widget we provide (together, the “Service”).

2. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. What the Service does

TrustGetter retrieves reviews associated with a Google business listing you connect, stores a copy of them, and serves them to a widget you embed on your own website. We display review content as Google provides it. We do not write, edit, translate or generate reviews, and we do not offer any means of doing so.

The number of reviews available, and the information contained in them, is determined by Google and may change without notice.

4. Your account

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep it current — it is how we send password resets and billing notices.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• display reviews for a business you do not own, operate or otherwise represent;
• present reviews in a way that misleads a visitor about who wrote them or which business they describe;
• resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without our written agreement;
• attempt to bypass plan limits, remove attribution required by your plan, or interfere with the Service's operation;
• copy, scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service other than through the widget as intended;
• use the Service to break any law, or in a way that infringes anyone's rights.

Hiding an individual review or filtering by rating, where your plan allows it, is a normal use of the Service. Representing a filtered selection as the complete record of your reviews is not, and may breach consumer protection law in your market.

6. Google data and attribution

Review content is obtained through Google's APIs and remains subject to Google's terms and policies. You are responsible for making sure your use of that content complies with them.

TrustGetter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Maps and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Where your plan requires attribution to TrustGetter to be shown in the widget, you agree not to remove or obscure it.

If Google changes, restricts or withdraws access to review data, the Service will change accordingly. We will tell you if that materially affects what you are paying for.

7. Plans, payment and taxes

Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or yearly, as you choose — and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card details.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are [inclusive / exclusive] of GST, which is charged where applicable. We may change prices, but a change never affects a billing period you have already paid for, and we will give you notice before it applies to a renewal.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and quick, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level. Maintenance, third-party outages and circumstances outside our control can interrupt it.

Support is provided over WhatsApp during Indian business hours. Response priority depends on your plan.

9. Ownership

We own the Service — the software, the widget, the designs and the TrustGetter name. You are given a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active and in good standing.

You keep ownership of your own material, including your business information and your website. Review content belongs to the people who wrote it and to Google as applicable; nothing here transfers it to you or to us.

10. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties, including Google (review data), Razorpay (payments), our hosting provider and our email provider. Their own terms apply to their part, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to act on, or where payment has failed and remains unpaid after we have contacted you.

On termination, your widgets stop being served. We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export or retrieve your settings if you ask us before the account is closed.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that review data will always be complete or current.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, however caused.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000 if you have paid us nothing.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or from content you choose to display through it.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
